Welcome
You might be experiencing anxiety or depression, or living with the long-lasting impacts of trauma or abuse. You could also be affected by neurodiversity, self-harm, intrusive thoughts, or many other worries — whatever it looks like for you, you don't have to carry it alone.
My approach is client-led, supportive and empowering — helping you move forwards at your own pace, with compassion and without judgement.
Sessions are for individual adults and young people aged 16 and over.
How I can help
My integrative approach draws on cognitive behavioural (CBT), psychodynamic and person-centred therapy — shaped around your unique story and needs.
Supporting the lasting impacts of trauma, including domestic and sexual violence.
A safe, patient space to process early harm at your own pace.
Working with self-harm and suicidal thoughts without judgement or shame.
Affirming support for ADHD, AuDHD and neurodivergent experiences.

About me
My journey to becoming a counsellor has been a long and winding one, including years working in education, charities and social enterprises. I specialise in working with domestic and sexual abuse, childhood sexual abuse and complex trauma — though I'm qualified to support a wide range of concerns, including self-harm, neurodivergence, disordered eating, addiction, anxiety and depression.
I employ an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, with a firm belief in building a safe, trusting relationship at the core. I also offer EMDR and clinical supervision for fellow practitioners.
“The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no one recipe for living that suits all cases.” — Carl Jung
